The driver involved in a deadly crash last month that killed two students waiting at their school bus stop has been arrested.
Major Talal Masri with the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office says the toxicology report shows 57-year old Angel Antonio Lopez was on prescription sleeping pills and the amount he took was more than four times the legal limit when he drove his Alfa Romeo into four students in Royal Palm Beach.
The two survivors are now recovering from their injuries at home.
All four of the teens hit were waiting for their bus ride to Royal Palm Beach High School.
The bus stop was located at Crestwood Boulevard and Cypress Lake Drive, but the school district has moved it to another spot.
Charges against Lopez include DUI manslaughter, vehicular homicide and reckless driving.
