There's a new undersheriff in town in Broward. Ten days after the surprise resignation of Broward undersheriff Sean Zukowsky, Sheriff Gregory Tony names 23-year vet Colonel Nichole Anderson to the position. She is the first African-American woman to hold the job. There are rumors Zukowsky, who was hand picked by the sheriff, left after just seven months because of a disagreement with Sheriff Tony. The sheriff says it's simple not true. Zukowsky, who was on hand for the announcement today, says it was a family-related decision.
