Having so much fun at the iconic Fontainebleau Resort in Miami. Good news too, I’m bringing back lots of chances for you to win free summer getaways here!
Visited their legendary pastry kitchen where fudge, macaroons, gelato and so much more is made by hand, 22 hours a day. The Fontainebleau is the only major resort that still makes these treats in house. Most get them from a factory but this is a tradition they refuse to outsource!
The Fontainebleau is committed to privately sourcing their own fish and seafood so they actually have their own facility to bread and grow seafood, and still line fish their daily catches. It’s a massive undertaking that pays big dividends in the freshness and taste of their seafood meals.
Their food and beverage supply is stored in an underground warehouse that rivals the size of Costco or Sam’s Club. Thousands of square feet of every imaginable food and drink…and adult beverages…to provide for their eight restaurants as well as room service, and even employee food hall.
Over the decades the Fontainebleau has been a playground for the rich and famous, and has a rich history of entertainers who have stayed and performed here. This was a favorite hang out for the legendary ”Rat Pack” and Frank Sinatra in particular. They’ve got a long wall of fame with dozens of photos like the one seen here.
