Gotta be careful how I post the following...but I'm a huge fan of the show "Sch*tt's Creek," so I couldn't pass it up. BTW - did you that fans of that show call themselves "Sch*ttheads??" And I'm proud to be one.
Even though it's not spelled the same way, the name of the show (and for that matter the town and mayor...whose full name is Roland Sch*tt - get it??) is something I'm not allowed to completely spell - nor say on the radio. But I think after the last Emmy's everybody's heard of the show by now. What did it win - like six??
Anyway, the town's only hotel was called the Rosebud Motel although IRL it's called the Hockley Motel. Both of which I can say on the radio. It's now for sale for $2-million Canadian...which is something like $1.6-mill American. Check out the video and pay special attention to the manager's quarters. They're a LOT nicer than anything we ever saw on the show!!
