Not getting a flu shot last year almost killed me. Seriously. I won't make that mistake again and neither should you! NOW is the optimum time to get a flu shot - not too early so the protection diminishes, and not too late after the flu is already here. The CDC uses Australia as a yard-stick when predicting the American flu season's severity and so far it's been really bad down under!
