Police Reunite Family With Dog Missing Eight Months

A family dog that had been missing since last summer is back at home with her loving owners thanks to the Spartanburg Police Department in South Carolina. Officer Jennifer Watson says she found the pup eating from a trash can and took her to Animal Control, where they scanned for a microchip and found the dog’s owners, the Hannon family. Watson reached out to them and learned that the dog, Maria, had been missing since July and the Hannons were thrilled she had been found after all this time. Give the Major Art Littlejohn with the Spartanaburg Police Department a call and talk about how it felt to unite the dog with it’s family
