Man And His Dog Reunited After Pup Fell From Sailboat
Separated by a storm, now they’re back together again.
A Florida man and his dog are back together and they couldn’t be happier. Shane Hale and his little dog, Harley, were heading to the Florida Keys on his sailboat when a bad storm kicked up near Englewood, north of Fort Myers, and Harley went overboard.
Hale says the dog was wearing a life jacket and was attached to the sailboat with a tether, but somehow the jacket slipped off his precious pet. He used the power of social media to search for Harley and found out someone found the dog on a nearby beach. Aside from a mild case of pneumonia, Hale says Harley is now doing fine.
