The current inflation spike isn't just making things more expensive - it's also affecting the holiday shopping deals we're used to this time of year. Popular gift items like tools, electronics, or clothing are usually discounted anywhere from 6-12 percent during the holiday season - instead, those prices are ticking up by 1-2%. As a result, experts believe that this year's Black Friday and Cyber Monday discounts won't be as steep as in past years. When do you do your Christmas shopping? Do you do it online, or hit the stores?
