WATCH: Homeless Man Arrested For Murder Of Palm Beach 14-Year-Old Bicyclist

A homeless drifter from Miami with an arrest report dating back to 2004 is behind bars for the alleged murder of a 14-year-old Palm Beach Gardens boy two weeks ago.

Palm Beach Gardens Police Chief Clint Shannon says Semmie Lee Williams appears to have no ties to Palm Beach County, so it's a mystery why he was in the community.

The 39-year-old is being held without bond.

While the chief says there's direct evidence linking him to death of Ryan Rogers, he wouldn't go into details.
