Less than a week after pleading guilty to all charges associated with the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High massacre, convicted killer Nikolas Cruz is back in a Broward County courtroom for a status hearing.
Judge Elizabeth Scherer deciding to set aside nine days additional to argue various motions.
The thought now it to question at least 240 potential jurors a day.
They will be tasked with determining if Cruz spends the rest of his life behind bars or dies for his crimes.
