Median home prices in Palm Beach County are creeping close to half a million dollars.
Palm Beach County Realtors report May's median price for a single family home hit $475,000. That's up almost 2 percent over April and a more than 30 percent increase over May 2020.
The median price for condos and townhomes in Palm Beach County increased from $240,000 in April to $250,000 in May. It's a 25 percent year over year increase.
Prices in Broward and St. Lucie counties declined slightly.
